Real-time graphic can give you a look and feel of what is going on, alert you in case of problems and assist you in finding and eliminating the problems. Each probe contains a powerful network analyzer.

That network analyzer measures and analyses all traffic on the wire, but the user can also add user defined traffic filters so that information about the traffic that traverses the filter is also analysed.

This way, the power of the analyzer can be put to work for specific ip ranges, protocols or combinations of these. All gathered information is made available through the SNMP protocol suite. This way, network management stations like Monitor one are capable of reporting about the traffic that traverses the probe.
